Bond

Upon being offered a place at the service, parents are required to pay a security bond of $100 per family.

The bond secures your child’s enrolment at the service, and is refundable at the termination of your child’s place, provided that the  two weeks notice is given in writing. The bond may be used to cover and /or settle your final account.

Bond payments are payable to the service by direct debit.

Fees are reviewed at the end of each financial year.

Payment of Fees

Regular and/or permanent bookings should be paid 1 week in advance, fees should be paid weekly or fortnightly, (if you prefer monthly please notify us) Children attending on an irregular or casual basis MUST pay on the day of attendance.

Payments can be made by:

  • Direct debit set up in your Xplor account
  • Bpay, plesae notify us to activate this option.
  • Credit card in the Xplor app,

Timely payment of fees is required for ALL bookings.

Vacation care fees must be paid in advance, charges are 1 week in advance.

Fees are the source of wages for our staff. Operating the centre relies on accounts being paid promptly.

Overdue Fees

Parents are requested to discuss any difficulties that they may have in paying fees with the Service Manager or Finance Manager. Suitable arrangements for payment of fees will be organised and parents will be supported to find other avenues for financial support when required.
