WOOSHC TEAM
sOur Educators are drawn from a wide variety of backgrounds, and many are at University or TAFE, studying for their future careers. We are lucky to have such a variety of talent and abilities!
Our Management team consists of the Service Manager, Assistant Manager and Responsible Persons (Team Leader)
Our Educational Leaders focus on supporting the Educators to deliver child focused educational content and learning in the program and daily routines.
Our Centre maintains a child to staff ratio of 1:15, with a minimum of 2 staff at all sessions.
Every session there will be educators rostered on with training in:
• First-aid
• Anaphylaxis management
• Asthma management

BRANDI HEITMAN
Service Manager/Nominated Supervisor
Brandi has many years of experience in children’s services and school age care She holds a Bachelor of teaching and Advanced diploma in OOSH management , she is passionate about providing a high quality service and supporting families with their childcare needs. She is dedicated to the social and emotional wellbeing of children and wants the service to be welcoming, fun and educational.
LAVENIA (LA) CRANE
Assistant Manager
La has 20yrs of experience in school age care, she has a cert IV: School Age Education And Care, Diploma in Business and brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to the team. she enjoys teaching kids new skills and is especially great with cooking. she believes in building relationships with children on their level.
WILLIAM (BILL) DOUGLAS-HARDING
Team Leader
Bill is studying a Bachelor of bioscience and is hoping to work in childrens medicine in the future, he is agreat leader and mentor and enjoys supporting the team, and children at WOOSHC, he is kind, caring and shows a great rapport with all of the children.
GEORGIA ALLAN
Team Leader
Georgia has recently stepped into the Team Leader role, as she has shown great leadership skills in her role as an Educator, she brings enthusiasm, and loves building fun lasting relationships with the children in care, she is patient and supportive and is a great support to the team.
