sOur Educators are drawn from a wide variety of backgrounds, and many are at University or TAFE, studying for their future careers. We are lucky to have such a variety of talent and abilities!
Our Management team consists of the Service Manager, Assistant Manager and Responsible Persons (Team Leader)
Our Educational Leaders focus on supporting the Educators to deliver child focused educational content and learning in the program and daily routines.
Our Centre maintains a child to staff ratio of 1:15, with a minimum of 2 staff at all sessions.
Every session there will be educators rostered on with training in:
• First-aid
• Anaphylaxis management
• Asthma management

BRANDI HEITMAN
Service Manager/Nominated Supervisor
Brandi has many years of experience in children’s services most recently with school age care She has a Bachelor of teaching and Advanced diploma in OOSH management , she is passionate about providing a high quality service and supporting families with their childcare needs. She is dedicated to the social and emotional wellbeing of children and wants the service to be welcoming, fun and educational.
LAVENIA (LA) CRANE
Assistant Manager
La has 20yrs of experience in school age care, she has a cert IV: School Age Education And Care, Diploma in Business and brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to the team. she enjoys teaching kids new skills and is especially great with cooking. she believes in building relationships with children on their level.
Tamara is studying her Bachelor of Primary Teachig and is gaining valuable experience working withWOOSHC children. Tamara is kind, caring and has a great rapport with all of the children, she is committed to building strong relationships, guiding children with their learning through experiences and play.
